Sunrise yoga on deck, sail to Aegina, mindful walk to the Temple of Aphaia, sunset meditation.

Day 3 — Monday

Poros

Morning vinyasa flow, swim in a secluded bay, free exploration, sunset yoga.

Day 4 — Tuesday

Hydra

Sunrise yoga with caldera views, explore the car-free island, journaling, restorative evening practice.

Day 5 — Wednesday

Bisti Bay (Hydra)

Anchored in a quiet bay, extended morning practice, swimming, optional paddleboard yoga, sound healing at sunset.

Ios → Amorgos

Anchor at Katapola or Aegiali, explore Chora, swim in Agia Anna Bay. Evening dinner with monastery views.

Amorgos → Koufonisi
